Want to focus on outbound calls? You can permanently bar incoming calls so your line is always free to make outbound calls.

Sub Addressing - 20 Octet [Also known as Network Address Extension] - Common to ISDN2e and ISDN30e

Give your digital items extension numbers, so callers can connect to specific phones directly or you could connect your PC or fax machine remotely.

Calling Line Identity Restriction (CLIR)

With-hold your telephone number so it's not revealed at any time, this can be done permanently or on a per call basis.

Connected Line Identity Restriction (COLR)

Prevent your Line Identity (main number) being released to incoming callers.

Call Waiting Digital Standard only

Call Waiting notifies you that someone else is calling. It is possible to finish your original call, swap between calls or continue with your current call, advising the new caller to ring back later.

+ How to set up call waiting:

  • To set up dial * 4 3 #
  • To switch off # 4 3 #
  • To switch between calls press RECALL then 2 to speak to the second speaker. To return to the first caller press RECALL and 1. (The telephone should have a RECALL button or similar).

Call Waiting with Call Hold - Digital Standard only

Keep up to 4 calls waiting at any one time, with the ability to switch between calls or even make outbound calls.

Call Deflection (CD) - Common to Digital Standard, System, Business and Wholesale ISDN30e

Forward an incoming call to another number without answering it. Forward calls on the basis of who the call is from, who it is to, call type or some other variable.

Customer Controlled Call Forwarding - Common to ISDN 2e and ISDN30e Services

Configure the network so it can forward incoming calls to another number. Several options are available:

Call Forwarding Unconditional
Immediately forwards all incoming calls to chosen telephone number.

Call Forwarding on No Reply
Forwards all incoming calls to the chosen telephone number if not answered within approximately 20 seconds.

Call Forwarding on Busy
Automatically forwards all incoming calls to the chosen number if the line is already engaged.

Administration Provided Call Forwarding Description

Allows all incoming calls to be forwarded to another number, irrespective of bearer type.

Administration Controlled All Forwarding - Unconditional

Automatically forward incoming calls to a pre-arranged, nominated directory number.

Administration Controlled Call Forwarding on Busy

This service automatically forwards incoming calls to a prearranged, nominated number if the customer is already engaged.

Administration Controlled Call Forwarding on no reply

The service automatically forwards incoming calls to a prearranged, nominated number if the customer does not answer the call within approximately 20 seconds.

Multiple Subscriber Numbering (MSN) - Digital Standard access only

The MSN service allows up to 10 directory numbers to be assigned to one digital line. Incoming calls can be presented over either of the two digital channels.
